Problems on software update - Xperia Arc

Help please. Trying to update software on xperia arc. Instilation error, unable to to install or start phone software update components. What do I do?

how come when i sed Sony Update Service it says that no update available? My SI is already on the list??

that's odd, just be patient, there's probably an issue with their servers
