Problems after update to ICS!

Hy! I just updated my Xperia Arc S to ICS and i think i did everything that the PC Companion said, but after I finished everything and tried to turn on the phone after vibrateing (normally) apeard "SONY", but after that an exclamation sign in a triangle and a phone appeared (something like this: http://www.hardreset.eu/images/motorola_droid_hard_reset6.jpg) and the phone automatically turned off! I tried to turn on the phone several times, but allways the same gif appeard... What should I do?

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)
