hi i tried rooting by xperia u st25i, ics 4.0.4, build-6.1.1.b.1.54 using flash tools but i keep getting this error- please help

You don't have to be in a fastboot to flash a stock kernel.

Here you go btw
first flash b.10 kernel
then root
then flash b.54 kernel
can you tell me how to do this because when i go to fastboot mode to flash the kernal it says i have to be rooted but to root i need to have this kernal ???
thanks this worked earlier i had downloaded .elf kernals which i had no idea about anyway thanks
