Problem in ICS update

I have sucesssfully update ICS In my Xperia Arc S..The problem is,it is not reading the sd card after the installation.When i go the music player,my music library is empty.When i open my gallery it is empty... Please reply !

Does it shows any error or just the stuff is invisible ?

Wha about apps ? are they there ?

The stuff are invisible..same goes to my apps that i saved in my sd card...

Okh try this,

Transfer all the important contents from memory card to pc and format your sd card..

then send all the things back to memory card and see if you are able to make it
