hi mates!

i got a problem while flashing my cell. when i connect my cell the flashtool said that ur device is locked but i have cheked through the code it says the device is unlocked.

or anyone tell me how to unlock it?

and plz tell me the code of checking if the device is locked or unlocked.

this is how to check if you are allowed to unlock your bootloader, keep in mind that if your phone is or was locked to a carrier you are NOT going to be able to unlock the bootloader as this is disabled by carrier/network request.

perhaps you are trying to unlock the bootloader not unlock it from a carrier.
