Phone suddenly stuck in boot screen loop

while trying to root my xperia ray st18i it got stuck in the boot loop

unfortunately i forgot to make usb debugging mode after copying the rom 

what to do??? 

please HELP

If your phone has not had the bootloader unlocked then use PC Compannion or SUS here or if it is unlocked then try using Emma here

If all the above fails then head over to XDA and look for guides on how to manually flash a firmware file that you will need to download for use with Flashtools

again i tried changing the rom and again t hangs in the sony logo screen

the phone automatically starts if kept for 5 to 10 seconds and the sony update software dosen't detect my phone in flash mode
