phone restart

After using some of my apps my phone restarts. Did anyone experienced this as well?

Run the phone in safe mode,see if the same occurs.

how do you do that? the safe mode. thanks by the way for helping me on this. the restarting never happened again but just in case it does i'll do what you advice me.

I left you a link,you just need to tap power button,tap longer on turn off and a message will appear to restart in safe mode.

Hi, before I followed the instructions on the link you gave me, my phone now not just restarts but also shuts itself down. I already deleted all of my recently downloaded app and games hoping it will be cured. Currently now my phone is in safe mode.

My first attempt to safe mode was a fail as the phone shuts down again after booting. I don't know what to do now here. Maybe if I turn off the safe mode it'll be back again. My phone is just 2weeks old and I'm already getting frustrated by these issues.

So in safe mode the phone works fine?It is an app acting up,you should consider a phone software repair.

My phone works okay now after removing all the apps I've installed. I may have to consider that software repair. Thanks mate! Appreciate the help.
