Hi sir, can I delete "thumbnail" pics/files at DCIM folder? Before no other folder available inthere other that the dcim, now maybe due to image or camera app, it added some folders. I assume this is for the "fish eye" app. I have all these files in my image folder. Would I have a problem if I remove it? I want to remove to free up some RAM/spaces.
Thanks

Is it possible to delete files in DCIM?
I use Opera Mini in my mobile Sony Ericsson J108i Cedar.
When I compose email from my mobile in mail.com, if i click ADD ATTACHMENTS, under PHONE MEMORY the folder DCIM is displayed.
If I click DCIM, it diplays the titles of mp4 files.
Are they actual files or just a list?
How to remove these files from this list?
Where are these files stored in my mobile?
How to remove this list?
Please help me. Thanks.
Yes these are actual files used by phone in some or other way and you cant delete anything from phone memory.
Thanks for the reply. Is it possible to move these files down or away from the list displayed either by opening some more files to populate this list? If there is a way, how to do it? Any suggestion appreciated.
I guess you can't modify any of the files on phone memory in any way.
Try this though.
Go to any file on memory card, press the menu/ options button > manage file > move > to phone memory.
Thanks. But I can see the list of these files only when I try to attach. If I close the browser, these files are not visible either in my phone's folders or in my memory card. Any suggestion please.
