Hello,
My name is Dmitry, I'm from Latvia / Riga.
I have bizarre problems with my new WT19i phone.
Bought it few days ago. Came home and updated new phone via PC Companion.
Then downloaded few video and music apps through play market and when I started to watch video - phone restarted.
Then I noticed that it's always restarting when I'm watching video. About 3-5 minutes of video and here you go - a new restart.
So I resetted the phone via PC Companion, cleared SD card, but it didn't help.
Also, it restarts not only if I'm watching video. Less often, but it also restarts while listening to music. While using browser. It restarted once, when I opened gallery. I suppose it restarts anyway, but watching video somehow makes it restart much faster.
I have already read this post through: http://talk.sonymobile.com/message/143534#143534
Guys figured out there, that 4.0.2.A.0.62 update fixed the problem.
And 4.1.B.0.587, that I have installed, I suppose is an older version?!
So why then I have this problem and how do I fix it?
Please, help.
Android: 4.0.4 (4.1.B.0.587)
Core: 2.6.32.9-perf

MicroSD: Verbatim 16gb class 10 (also new, took it out, but phone restarted anyway)

Thanks for help, but I handled the issue by myself.
You see, I just bought that phone and I wasn't willing to give it back, so they would give it back to me saying "it's all fine", like it happened to number of other people who had same issue.
So first of all I tried to remove some software - didn't help.
Tried to update/reinstall everything using SUS and PC Companion - didn't help.
Tried to use another SD card - didn't help.
Tried to install some helpful software - didn't help.
Tried to do something about the battery in the phone - didn't help.
Tried changing the CPU frequancy - didn't help.
Tried some changes to the phone like unlocking, updating to other OS, root, rom and stuff like that - didn't help.
And at last, I tried to use another SIM-card.
And guess what?! It helped!
So guys, if you're in the same situation like mine, don't try to mess with your phone and your warranty - just try changing SIM-card. If the issue is truly like the one that I had, than you will get your phone back to good work.
Good luck!
I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.

Hey, guys.
I got a nice update for you.
I could get my old SIM-card to work too.
I did it by taking a few pieces of paper and putting them between the SIM-card and the metal plate inside the phone that is supposed to hold the SIM-card.
It allowed me to create big pressure on SIM-card and after that, reboots stop to happen even while I was using an old one of them.
Good luck!
