Native Backup & Restore is not working

After upgrading jellybaen iam not able to take the full backup of my apps. Screen shots are below. In ICS this app worked very well. It is not showing any error message either simply showing could not backup.

Ofcourse there are lot of alternatives but i want to know why this is not working. Is there anybody else got this?

what do you mean by full backup of your apps? btw you don't need that antivirus, there aren't any known virus in Android, uninstall any of the following apps

taskillers

task managers

antivirus

battery apps

ram apps

booster apps

Not all apps are possible to backup. This is due to how the apps are designed and not really related to the Backup & restore-app.

What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.

You just can't do a full backup onto internal memory. Buy a cheap USB OTG cable (I bought mine for 0.5$) and connect flash memory or an external disk and you'll be able to create a full backup without any problems.

Sony Xperia support doesn't even know a thing about their own products' software, how disgraceful

Thanks for the information. In ICS it worked well. the problem occure after upgrade to 4.1.2. i feel it is a bug. Anyway i am using "App backup & Restore" software. I agree with you that sony does not know about their own products

sorry to say that your reply is not at all helpfull in anyway. I dont know why somebody marked this as a correct answer. Every app can be backed up by this same app In 4.0 ICS. After upgrade the problem is started.

@pa1reddyp there are apps that can not be backed up, and that will be if a user has sideload an app(s)
