My Xperia S just crash and restart.

This just happened and I dont know what to do, my phone seems to start fine but then it gets to my lock screen and thats about it, I can't do anything, after a few minutes it restart and goes again. I've tried to hard reset but havent find the right method (on button + vol up or on button + vol up + camera dont work at all). Hope somebody can help me.

Thx a lot, it did work, all data is wiped (wich is not big deal since I have a recent backup) and phone is responsive again
