My Xperia p has stopped working

my xperia p is stopped working suddenly some massege is saying "unfortunately andrid.process.acore has  stoped" and this massage appearing for every app those are instolled in my phone such as calender,contacts,email,album,google play, even i cant make a call i don't know what was happened and its saying my internal storage also stoped working. phone recieving incoming calls but when i answer them nothing can hear

I had it twice...

You have to do factory reset in your phone through the settings menu

Use PC companion or SUS to repair your cellphone. PCC comes with the phone, just plug the cable that connects your phone to yout computer and the installer will appear. For SUS, use this:

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/

Install it on your computer and then do the repair. You can do it on your own, just search it instead asking everything. You can do it. Good luck dude!

thank you all buddies thanx for the link dude and michealxperia p your idea worked.i recovered by factory reset but after having that i'm having another bug data traffic is not working two three times i tried to connect to internet but my device is not get connect to the net any assist please

and i still didn't get JB updates im from Qatar. thanks once again
