my xperia J can't read microSd

my xperia j cant read microSD.
i try with other memory again but still same,
what solution for that ?

Is it formatted in the the FAT32 format - Also open Storage and see if the option to mount is available - You may also want to try inserting the SD card then starting your phone with the card inserted - Not phone switched on then inserting the card

microSD format, but I have a memory card
installed properly and turn off the phone

Connect your SD card via a card reader to your Pc then open Computer or on some My Pc then locate the SD cartd and right click and select format and choose FAT32 or some may work in the exFAT format and proceed with the format - When done put the card in your phone and attempt a mount from Settings - Storage if that fails then reboot your phone with the card left in
