My LT18i won't start! The notification lamp just keeps blinking red.

I also removed the back cover. Those two white spots have turned red... What do I do?

It is fully charged...

When I try turning it on, it just does a single vibration, then nothing happens.

What do you mean by 'mid-reboot'? Did it complete the software repair process?

Try it in Safe Mode .... Reboot PC, keep tapping F8 till Safe Mode Menu appears. Select Safe Mode with Networking, then proceed with software repair using Update Service.

What I think its going on is that he is moving the phone around after he connected the phone, this is my suggestion

  1. run SUS on your computer
  2. turn off your phone, wait for SUS to ask you to connect on flashmode
  3. connect the usb to your phone and do NOT connect the other end to the PC
  4. place your phone on a flat stable surface (and do NOT move it)
  5. now hold back button and connect the other end to the pc while still holding the back button
  6. once you do so make sure you do NOT move the phone

Still no luck. Windows reacts by trying to install driversoftware, but then fails...

ok so the problem is

  1. your firewall/antivirus
  2. slow internet connection

try this, uninstall PCC -> restart your pc -> redownload and reinstall PCC -> restart your PC -> run PCC then run SUS see if that helps

Okay, so this is not the problem. I personally am a geek, so of course this is under control.

SUS just doesnt go from step 2 to step 3.
