hi!

im having an issue with my xperia u cause is not recognised by my computer. everytime i plug it in the pc, pc companion start to seacrh for the phone but at the end states that the phone is not connected.

i have restarted the phone and the computer and try back but is still not working. i even unistall pc companion and downloaded back but im still having the same issue

Check your device manager in computer and reinstall driver (some icon(s) with yellow exclamation)

Hi,

The solution for problem is very simple

Just follow below steps and reply if its helpfull.

Install PC Companion then connect your phone to pc after that go to setting menu in your phone

Settings- developers options- tick USB Debugging you will see drivers installing on your system.

That it after that your pc will recognize your phone.

thanks to all of you guys, but the issue was my windows it seens cause i move from windows 7 to windows 8 and my new windows round the phone ryt away!!

you were kinda ryt cause the pc or the windows was the oe with the issue, i changed the windows to the windows 8 and my pc was able to find the phone. thank you!
