Mix Walkman (WT13i) Wifi Broken

I have a mix walkman, actually it's my third one, the first two broke within the first week or two, freezing and not sending or reciving messages, so I'm on my third one now. A while back it stopped connecting to my wifi, i have tried it at other peoples houses, it wont pick up any internet anywhere. I took it to an o2 shop and asked an o2 guru, he told me to try re-installing the software for the phone. This didnt fix the problem, I wasn't too bothered at the time as i had free internet with my phone tariff so i could connect with that. I dont have the free internet this month and i can't get connected to the internet at all without it costing me a fortune, how can i fix the wifi? re-installing the software doesn't work

Then try a master reset and failing that, take it in for repair.

Heres an easy solutions a least it worked for me!! (sorry for my bad English)...

-Enter to the service menu by entering #*878#

-Tap on the Hardware test

-Tap on Wifi

-Tap on the Power Save setting

-you will see that power save and raming are both on, just disable PS.(power save)

-Turn off the phone

-Turn it On, search for your network and Enjoy =D

Thanks, this actually worked.
It's a pity the people that work in phone shops cant actually give you answers that work, the best you usually get from them is 'turn it off and back on again' or 're-install the software' and if that doesnt work, they want you to leave your phone in to be fixed, when theres usually a simple solution like this that they wouldnt tell you about.

Awesome It worked for you too! lot of people has the same issue, but almost nobody knows how to fix it... I was getting crazy xD... until I discovered... when I saw the wifi network I was like OMG xD hahaha.......grettings from Nicaragua!
