Messaging doesn't show my profile picture

I had update my phone to android 4.3
Now in my massage don't show my profile picture
What should i do?

its 4.3 problem..we cant do a thing for now

must wait for oncoming update

Same problem... But in time we are already had updates till lollipop 5.1 or something and still its an issue?

Getting the exact same problem.  Have applied all the suggestions (changing the myself picture in contacts and even the in case of emergency contact) but my own avatar in Messaging is still the blue/grey generic person symbol.  Curious on a fix?  Xperia z3 Compact.
