Looking for xperia t lt30p 4.1.2 firmware

Hi everyone,I need a little help here

I want to downgrade my sony xperia LT30p (T) to 4.0.4 I have the flash tool but I can't find the stock firmware I mean a downloadable one,so can anyone help me finding it ?
