@Jake, I guess @nagarjun.ananth is asking about the iluminated bar at the bottom.

@nagarjun.ananth, AFAIK, the LED light does nothing but consume some battery life. It does not indicate any notification nor is capable of illuminating the XPERIA logo at the bottom even in dark. it is just there.

First, I thought it uses the same LED as teh 3 capacitive buttons but it is different as the 3 buttons do not glow when there is external light. As of now, there is no particular use to it. Slightly_smiling_Face

The LED light is to provide confirmation of notifications and when the handset is on charge, this will change colors based on the notification or charge level.

@neo_kalyan is correct. It illuminates the 3 capacitive buttons on the bottom in the dark. Thats the purpose of the light. Slightly_smiling_Face

I'm having problems with my LED lights. It still remains green after I unplugged the usb connector from the phone after charging. Sometimes, I have to wait for a few minutes to an hour for it to turn off or I have to turn off the phone. After turning off, it restarts instead of turning off and replaces the green light with a red one.

Is there something wrong with my phone?
