I updated my phone , and now my photos are not showing in Album app.

Did you erased your SD card by any change. Are the music files there???

I had the same problem after updating over WiFi.

Re-installing the update through Sony update service (program) on my pc solved that problem.

Dear Jorisalo,

I had the same problem after updating the OS over WiFi.Later I installed the Sony PC Suite in my PC but I am unable to update the OS once again.And also I am getting message like "Already you have the latest update" when my mobile is connected to PC.

So,kindly let me know how to re-install the OS once again in my mobile.Please share the steps to update OS.

Arnab i checked using file manager app and astro app, but could not find where are these files, but one thing , i can still open these file via file manager and astro app, but i want to open these using default Album app, one more thing when i take a snap using camera , then also i can't open that in Album app

I used the sony update service program.

Follow the steps of the program

When it tells you you already have the latest update, it also gives you an option in the same screen to re-install, on the bottom right.
