Is My Sony xperia P TRANSPARENT BAR Normal?(READ FULL)

2 Days Ago,I bought my Sony xperia P From orignal Sony centre..

Box was sealed..

Is transparent bar shown in picture is normal???

Bar is full transparent..But it is looking like material in transparent bar not stick properly and air in lamination...

Phone touch button working properly...

Is this Looking Normal? or i need to attention???

Today, i request to Dealer for DOA,he takes me to service centre, i got DOA, and he says wait for 3 days,

Will DOA successfull??

Dealer also saying that "You can also go for New Sony xperia S by Giving more money, You will not get Problem With Xperia S"...

second Question...Should i go for Sony xperia S???

I heard that Sony xperia S has problem of yellow tint..So, Should i Go???

No use wasting more money on SONY devices, you could have directly gone for S2 , it would have cost you less than Xperia S price and would have got Jelly bean too !!!

It's better to stay with P, as i have told you every SONY device has a problem !!

you can check S's forum here and read their reviews, S's ICS update is much buggier than P's !!

Actually, Problem is that if illumination bar problem comes again with New handset?!?...Thats i m worried about if i stay with xperia P...

Ask for a replacement again if this occur on the new P.

You have 1 year of warranty, so you need not fear about not getting free sevice/ replacement.

Same thing can happen in S also.

No harm in giving it a try.

S is overpriced for the specs list. and its body is made of plastic.

Sony service centre was not accepting this illumination bar problem, they had said that"you have no problem in playing with this fone" then i said, "I sai it is bulid qualtiy issue, it becomes bid problem after some days if i dont attention on it."

I have requested dealer...

I think i should try DOA handset, may be it will good,

IS that true this is not a problem?

for me it is a problem, because it wasn't supposed to be that way. it should not have bubble/leaks etc on the illumination bar. it is like, selling a brand new car with paint corrosion.

he also says that "new xperia p has new manufacturing date, no problem with it..."

i dont know it is true or not...

if the problem comes again..
