ICS makes Slow Neo V

i have recently updated my SE Neo V from ginger bread 2.3.4 to ICS 4.0.3....

ICS looks are great but my mobile went very slow...wen i try to open dialpad it takes more than 20 sec to open also

wen i open timescape it closed automatically.........any solution for this problem

I would suggest you to format your SD card and resintall ICS....

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)
