My Xperia SI num is 1257-5173,,...how can i update my mobile...pc companion saying latest software installed..

you have 2 options

if your SI number is on the list and you can't update try SUS (link above)

if you still can't update be patient, remember the 2011 Xperias are still updating and now the Xperia 2012 will start updating too, so it's a server worst nightmare just be patient

the second option is to manually update

Flash seems to have gone fine - booting for the first time now.

Is there any difference between the manual ICS update and the official update for my phone...

My phone has the firmware.75 will i able to do it by manual process???

all flashed and updated, works perfect, bit of lag on first time set up but then it did have to preload 2000 photos and over 8gb of videos, had it on for 2 hours now and all is perfect no lag what so ever, didnt even have to reinstall my apps, went onto play store and they all sync`d on there own, loving face unlock and the new browser, sooooo much faster, thanks wooly:)

Same here - still a bit laggy but I think it's still preparing itself, good job all in all so far.
