How to get root access on Xperia Arc LT15 i build 4.1.B.0.431

Hi All,

     I have currently updated my Xperia Arc LT 15i to build 4.1.B.0.431. I haven't rooted my phone till now. Its my first time and I want to know step by step procedure to root my device.

I already have official 4.1.B.0.431 firmware in my mobile. I just want to know how to root it. Is it neccessary to flash same ROM again using flashtool and then rooting the device?

Hi Super User, I will be highly thankfull to you if you can tell me each step in detail, here only. Please let me know each step according to my situation. Just consider my point, I am currently on 4.1.B.0.431 build number on my LT 15i device. I want to get root access. Just let me know step by step procedure considering me as layman who don't know nything about how rooting works.

Why do you want to root? are you aware of the risks?

to root your Xperia Pro you need to downgrade to 2.3.4 -> root the update
