How to download camera apps?

Sony says new 4.3 update have 

• Sony’s Smart Social Camera and downloadable camera apps

But I don't know how to download camera apps. Can anyone tel me how to download those camera apps

Open Camera => tap At The icon for select The mode(At down-right of screen)=> tap on The + symbol At The top-right of The Screen=> then download :))

lower left corner its mode selection button...a circulr shape..

tap it..then on upper right corner you must have + in side a circule

Strange - I don't have the plus either...

I changed the picture now (previous one caught my laptop screen, thats why it was grey..)

Why top portion is grayed out?it must be transparent
