Can any one help to do video calling on mini pro SK17i model phone.

Android doesn't support videocalls over 3G, but samsung added this feature, users have being requesting this since the 2010 Xperias and so far Sony hasn't and most likely won't add this feature, you can make video calls through a data plan (skype, gtalk, tango, etc)

If you are on 2.3.4 then you can use Gtalk application or else use Skype for video calling!
