How to change settings for installing apps

Hi, im new user for smart phones

But i have question. Its possible to change settings, that all new apps would be installed on SD card, not internal memmory??? If yes, how to do that? My phone is SE neo V

You can go to settings > Apps > On SD card >and in the list each application transfer to the SD card.

This will transfer only some applications to the SD card that are "capable" for that.

In order to have all the application installed on SD card you will have to have your phone rooted and that will void your garantee.

you can also install apps2sd application and in just 1 tap you can move all your apps to sd. the purpose is the same but it's more easier.

and one more question about internal memory and sd card

is it possible to make that all photos and videos will be saved in sd card?

All photos and videos are saved in SD card by default.

but why i dont find them, when i enter sd card via cable to phone???

they are in a folder named DCIM > 100 andro.
