How i must assign ringtones? (and it never reset itself)

My Neo V have 7 days and my contacts sound resetted some times!

...or some time played default sound, some time assigned...

if V play default melody in contact settings i can see right melody, but phone dont play it!

Whats wrong with SE?

(i say about custom mp3 files from SD as ringtones. is it possible??)

did you tried SUS or PCC? do you have any app that might be blocking this? another Dialer, launcher, messaging app?
