Hi,
So that I can manage my storage levels effectively I wanted to find out how large my files are. When I navigate to an image/video etc and click on "Details" where I would have expected it to be) it just give me Title, Type, Date etc but no image file size.
Is there a file manager anywhere on the phone? I can see how big the apps I have downloaded etc are, but nothing for media I have.
Thanks in advance,
Ben

Hi, you need to get a File Manager app from Android Market to do that. Try ASTRO or ES File Manager, both are free apps.
download Mx video player .. you can see details of any video and it also plays all the videos...
100rabh791, how about image file?
Thanks very much. I have downloaded the Astro file manager and it does the trick. It also lets me create photo albums which I couldn't do previously (don't know if it is possible without the file manager or not). I like how it breaks it down into %'s and you can drill down into each folder to find out what's using space, great!
Now I really need to transfer over all my 200mb per video files to my laptop to free some space!!
Cheers
No problem. Glad that your memory card is better organized now!
Happy New Year!
