Help Needed: Paired headset issue after ICS update

I am using MH100 from my SE Aino to play music with my xperia ray. it work fine on my Xperia ray while it was on Gingerbread. I am able to change tracks, pause , play songs and answer calls from MH100 panel.

After updating to ICS the panel for MH100 unit doesn't work but it still receives music and calls but to access this I will need to select everything on the phone.

Seems very strange. I just tried this myself with a MH100 and both Arc S (ICS) and Ray (ICS) and all functions (play/pause/change track in music player and answering/closing calls) worked just fine. Are you using the stock music player or any 3rd party player? Are your phone updated with official ICS or is your phone running custom rom?

It did not cross my mind that I was using a non standard player, I checked witht he built in player and it worked fine. thanks for the input samuel
