Having problem with xperia mini touch screen?

I am from kerala, friends i bought a new xperia mini few days before, when i played fruit ninja in it, i found my phone was missing my finger swipe.

when i surf abt xperia mini i found this happens with the problem of DIGITIZER.

I tried using multi touch paint, still the problem persist.....

Could any one help???

i updated it day befor yesterday.........its  my warranty period......should i take it back to the shop???

will ther b any problem if i over clock my device???

that could be the reason, remember if you root, unlock the bootloader the phone might act weird or stop working alltogether

repair it again with SEUS

no ....no.... i havnt over clocked yet .......i just wanted to know abt it thats all....will there be any probs if i do so???

your battery life will decrease, and as long as you don't push it to much it should be fine. the best way to find test results on this is the XDA Forum

This seems to be a common problem with the Mini. They have a thread over at XDA that even shows videos of it: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1373360 (Xperia Xperia Mini and Mini Pro have the worst touchscreen ever seen!).
