Folder Hidden When Connected to My PC

Hi,

I have just upgraded the software on my phone. I have a folder where I have stored some comic files (*.cbz and *.cbr). I can see it on my phone using Perfect Viewer, but when my phone is connected to my laptop it can't see the folder any more even after I I have marked the folder option to see hidden files and folders. If I can't see the folder on my computer, how can I now remove ones I have read and put new ones on?

Before the upgrade I could see the folder in the list along with all of the others. I am using Windows 7 if that is at all relevant.

if you connect via msc you can see those files
