Firmware update failur

I updated new firmware today. Since then phone keeps on reboothing after requesting PIN. I have contenct encryption activated on my phone. Updated was over wi-fi, phone connected to power supplie. No backup on computer available. Resetting to factory settings has not worked. Suggestions?

could reset my phone as well with the update service (http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/). works fine again.

could not make it work with bridge for mac and had to borrow PC of a friend. hence, do not waste time with bridge for mac.
