facing the problem while connecting xperia U to PC

hey frends please help me i am facing the problem while doing usb connection with pc...i m having windows xp installed on my computer. whenever i try to make connection common charging prompt  comes but internal mass storage is not getting detected..after trying for 10-15 times it getting detected automatically...i had tried to connect it at all 4 usb ports.... can anyone tell me what to do?

Try turning USB debug mode on/off while connected to PC via USB. Got the same problem and this is the fastest solution i found...

Have same problem, I think its due to old motherboard in the PC. I have to reconnect sometimes 3-4 times. Nothing to be worried though.

use any off the method below

$reconnect

$restart phone n reconnect

$Turn usb debugging on/off

try connecting wid window 7 pc.....

my ph never shows internal storage ni ani win xp pc... but no prob. in win 7

Try reinstalling PCC or SUS

uninstall PC Companion and reinstall.
