Error while updating to 9.1.A.1.141

I am getting the below error while updating to 9.1.A.1.141 using PCC. Has any one knows why this error?

disable your firewall and/or antivirus and try again

is your bootloader unlocked?

I  think no. sorry.. am not much aware of bootloader. I updated the last version 140 same this way only thru PCC without any problem.

does SUS work for you? have you disabled your firewall and antivirus?

I disabled both but same problem. My doubt is I am getting the error due to the slow internet connection. Its less than 500kbps now. I will try when I have 8 mbps or more speed.
