Dissolve Transition?

Just wondering how many of you guys notice the "dissolve transition" from the lockscreen to the homescreen. When i first got my phone i notice that but after a month using i notice that the "dissolve transition" doesnt even apply to it when i unlock my phone.

Im not making a big deal out of it, but just wondering. Now that i notice it i really miss that lol.

any suggestions?

which dissolve transition? are you referring to the CRT animation  ?

I thought the xperia arc s came with it. like when you unlock your phone from the lock screen to the homescreen there is a dissolve transition switching between the lockscreen and the homescreen.

LOL i found it, i think when i restored my phone the other day i accidentally switched off the animation under the display settings.

totally forgot about the animation until you mentioned it.

settings -> display -> animations

does the animation cause battery drain? and extra use of ram?

not so much RAM and it does drain your battery, but its not significant, haptic feedback will drain more battery
