Directory from car

Just purchased Xperia X8 ... it will connect to my Peugeot 207cc but can't access directory or make calls via car ... my previous phone ... Vivaz worked perfectly ? Any suggestions ? I'm very disappointed !

how are you trying to sync the phone w/ your car?

Have connected via Bluetooth ... both car and phone recognise each other and connect but won't show directory ... only 'Call list' which when clicked onto via car does nothing.

Mmm .... How annoying !!

   Have looked at lists .... but can't see Xperia or Vivaz ... should I be looking for a model number ?? If so not sure what I should be looking for ?

Thank you ... as suspected it's not on any of the lists ... However the connection does allow me to receive calls in car and displays info ... and connects via car if I call on handset so guess that's fine really !! Will know to check out this stuff next time I get a new phone !
