cannot update

i cant update my neo v from 2.3.5 to 4.0..its showing error while downloading update in pc companion in my pc...pls help

Hi, I believe you meant was from 2.3.4 to 4.0 .... You may want to use Update Service to update your phone. Here's the download link, http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/.

I'm not getting even with this software .. says it's the last version, but version is 2.3.4 ..

I'm from Brazil, is it because of that? ... but I tried with the English language well and did not too...

it doesn't matter if you change the language, 4.0.3 it's only available for the Arc S, not the Arc. The Arc will get 4.0.4 sometime this week in certain countries and then it eventually you will get it, if you are locked to a network, it's up to them to decide when to release it, and if they want to release it.

if you want 4.0.3 right now this is an option here

my device is NEO (mt15) and not arc..

I can manually update to use the arc as a reference this link?
