CAn't update to android 4.0 stop at half progress in preparing

I can't update to android 4.0 with my arc s and i restart the phone it still haven't work...

SUS ( Sony Update Service)  ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe

Thats because of overloaded servers

Please try after sometime

Well ... try to update with SUS after midnight or at dawn, when everyone asleep. At that time the server isn't that much overloaded. And it worked for me.

I don't find "Xperia Neo-V" in SUS's "Select your product"!?
