Can't update to 4.1.B.0.431 from PC Companion

Hi, what can be a problem with updating my telephone from PC Companion, after preparing to update i see message with next contain...

Can't install or run software component updates the phone.

And where i can send a log file about this program error?

SUS ( Sony Update Service)  ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe
