Can´t download apps

Hi,

I bought a tipo two days ago. Unfortunately I can´t download any apps! Internet is running properly, googlemail-account is connected to play store. Download starts, phone shows a "running" blue line and after a sudden time (15-30min) it says that the download couldn´t be done. I ran out of ideas what the problem could be. Can anybody help?

P.S.: Sorry for a) my English and b) for a maybe stupid question but it´s my first smartphone.....

I think that's the issue, you need to change it to Gmail
