Bootloader code

Dear Sony support

I want to unlock my bootloader on my Xperia ARC S phone.

however I tred to get the unlock code from your website:

http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com

and it told me to check my mailbox but no email was sent to me. (though I checked the SPAM folder).

I also tried it several times since yesterday and I even used more than one email account (gmail, hotmail) but did not get any email message with the bootloader code.

can you please help

I talked to the online chat guy and he siad he cant help me I have to seach here or on the developer.sonymobile.com

what can I do? + I want to know does anyone have a similar problem??

Honestly,I am not that informed in rooting,unlocking bootloaders.I do not think it is safe,because if you are not careful you can brick the phone.But it is your choice,the site is secure(after all,it is sony).

You can use Flashtools to help facilitate in unlocking your bootloader but you still need that code, You can also use a Command prompt in Fastboot mode but again you need the code,
