Big lags and delay after updating xperia sola

After updating my xperia sola though usb and Sony PC Companion, i experience big lags on every app, camera delays many second before taking a picture,the whole phone became slow and when i put a photo on a contact it is shown so small, when before updating the picture was covering almost the whole screen.. Can i de-update or something? I cannot use this phone if it is so slow! i want to make a phonecall and it is taking me 5 second to open dialer and 5 more to call someone..
