Battery Not Charging When Phone Is Heated

Even if my phone is plugged with the charger the battery is not charging when my phone is heating up..and it is happening after i updated my phone to android 4.3..the notification led is behaving awkwardly...it is showing white led notification light evem though i haven't set any app or notification light to that colour..

Please i want a solution fast

When the phone is very hot,the phone should not charge.There is the possibility of it destroying the main board.That is why it should not let any electricity while it is very hot.I suggest you download sony update service and repair your device:
