Battery doesn't charge to 100% in Xperia TX

Hi 

please help me after i update to 4.3 my battery didnt get charge up to 100%.

AFTER 98% THE BATTERY IS NOT GETTING CHARGED. WHILE, I USE TO CHARGE IT  WITH MY PC, I SHOWS THE SAME. 

and while i open the galary means photo it is very slow the photos shows black color.

why this is happining any body can help me.

Force restart your device(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).See how it goes after.

No use...
Even i buy new BA900 battery, 2 days before the same thing is happening.
This update make me problem.
And nobody can solve this.
