Battery and Hang Problem

Hello to everyone,

I have baught Xperia P two months before and now i am facing following problem.

Battery related.

1. Battery takes more time to charge(around 1 and 1/2 hour to full charge 100 %)

2. Battery drains very fast. I unistalled the more power consumption apps.

3. It shows charge around 97% if i charge for 1 hour while many friend's xperia p  charges 100 % in 45 minutes.

Hanging issue.

1. My phone hangs when i play game or use camera.

Please keep some solutions to my problems.

How long it takes to charge the battery can depend on several things like the charger (what mA it can output), the temperature and how much power the phone is using while charging. 1-1.5h doesn't sound unusual to me.

Without more information about the battery usage in the phone it's hard to help you but as there's already several threads regarding battery drain i recommend that you first check the existing threads like:

Regarding the phone hanging, have you tried to repair the phones software?

Download and install http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/ in your computer and then go to Support zone -> Software update.

If that doesn't help i suggest you contact your local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) or a service location for assistance.
