Background processes runs on top of screen

Hi,

I have updated my Xperia Arc to ICS yesterday and it was working fine till an hour ago.

All of a sudden, background processes runs on top of screen always. I tried restarting the phone but to benefit.

All functions in my phone works perfect except this on the top of screen scroller uninterrupted.

Kindly advise me on this issue.

here you go... notice the processes running on top right

In settings

Go to "Developer Options"

Uncheck " Show CPU Usage"

That's all
