Arc S Acting up after ICS Update

Hi,

About an hour after I updated my Arc S with ICS, the top right corner of my phone started displaying a scrolling message bar. Sometimes it stretches till 66% of te screen height.

Please advise what needs to be done to get rid of this.

Settngs > developer options > unmark Show CPU usage
