Anyone please provide step by step intructions to downgrade from ICS to GingerBread?

I am using xperia Ray with ICS and everyone know the interface, click sound, animation and some features are better in GB than ICS..xpet the camera quality nd some extra new features like gallery and edit option.I wish to go back to GB..please provide step by step intructions to downgrade to 2.3 using flashing method..just need the basic steps and links etc..arjun
