android.process.acore arc s

i did a factory reset on my arc s as it was slow and camera wasnt working. now it keeps coming up with Unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped. how can i fix this as ,ost of the phones apps (contacts etc) wont work?

ITS FIXED! YES! thanks i just used an older computer and the arc s icon came up, job sorted. thanks for your help
